Above please find a link to a Zoomerang survey I put together. It's not perfect but if you'd like to take it, it will be quick and might provide some interesting results. I am curious how much better cpap users do than bipap or vpap users? Which masks work the best with each machine and how the results are reporting.

I believe a link will be provided so that you can see the survey results yourselves. Of course, I missed questions but the key ones are here. I tried to include a question about Central Apneas but I ran out...they only give you 12 for free. I also allowed for multiple survey submissions for those of you who have experience with more than one machine and more than one mask.
