The company is called AGD2 Enterprises. They are "agdove2" on E-bay. They have an E-bay store. Note that the folks that sell these kinds of things often list them several times with different prices. That is probably to catch the buy-it-now folks who don't spend time watching the prices. If you do buy more than one, make sure they combine shipping. Most sellers do this automatically, but you probably do want to ask since shipping can really add up.

My good quality LT pillow from 2 years ago was also a "6." It sure would be helpful to have more current data to figure whether new #6 pillows are still better ones....and whether there are other mold numbers that consistently show long-life. If we all start requesting only those specific replacements, maybe ResMed will get it, or care? NOT. But at least some of us will be getting quality replacements rather than garbage.

ResMed began producing noticeably inferior quality LT pillows about 2 years ago. If you have 6-7 hours to do some light reading, you might check out this now-well-worn thread.

It appears that the flimsier pillows are likely being manufactured in Asia. Rumor had it that the better and longer lasting pillows may have been (possibly still are?) produced in New Zealand.

There is a mold number embossed on the bottom side of each pillow, as shown below.

I think it would be very interesting & useful if everyone like Popi and Socks349, who is currently having long-term successful use of their "newer generation" LT pillows (6 months or more) would get out a magnifying glass and post what number is on their pillows. (Be careful to hold the pillow as shown, so that 6 and 9 are not confused).

I got my Swift LT by way of a trade a few weeks ago and after seeing this thread I checked and my medium pillow has a 6 on it. It was brand new when I received the kit. I have a new one (not that I need it at this point) on order from my DME and will check the number when I pick it up. So far out of trying the headrest, Optilife, Serenity, and Comfort Gel my Swift has given me the best data readings and is more comfortable to wear at night as I flip-flop from side to side.

Wow I didn't know they get soft. I have been wearing mine since October 3, and my insurance will replace them at no charge. My rep said we could change them once a month. I guess when I get the new ones, I will be able to tell the difference. I dont use lotion on my face, so there's nothing to break down the plastic (silicone?) whatever they are made of.

Well ifs official I must change my pillow. They are too soft and not sealing well no matter what I do. So I got 6 weeks out of one pillow. Not too bad. I also use lanisoh on my nose every night. I am sure that may contribute to the pillows breaking down faster.
