started coughing fit

Hello

All of a sudden i had a coughing fit in the middle of the night. My mask lifted off of my face. It scared the shit out of me.

I don't know why it happened. Anyone else run into this? I said to the wife did you try and block the holes of the mask lol

Life still happens on CPAP.
It could be swallowing badly, GERD, a virsus, an allergy attack or maybe you didn't shake out that spider from your hose.
