Anyone know of new source for a detailed guide or manual for S9? The more I read this forum, the more I realize how little I know about this machine, and instead of piecing info together, well, piecemeal, I'd like to find a Grand Central Station of tricks, trades, gadgets, gee-whizzes, and what-nots to consult. Do such a Shangri La of mechanical enlightenment exist?
Yours in Ignorance,
Tom

Find Uncle_Bob on here....and on one of his posts, you will see the link for the clinician's manual and the software on the left under his avatar.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
Re: S9 Clinical Guide?
I could really use that manual. How do I find Uncle_Bob to get the download?
Thanks,
Peggy

Re: S9 Clinical Guide?
I'm a mac person too. But unfortunately the only tips I've seen for trying to run any CPAP software on macs involve either making the mac a double-boot machine (boot camp or some such thing) or running some kind of a PC emulator program. If you really are wanting to run stuff on a mac, I'd suggest starting a new thread with the title: Running ResMed on a Mac? Or do a search of the forum with the words Mac and ResScan in them and you'll find some (not very) old threads about what's required software-wise on the Mac in order to be able to run ResScan.pepstein wrote:Thanks, Robysue, unfortunately I have a mac, and it seems what he has posted is for PC's. My workaround was to get my hubby to set up an old xp desktop that we had lying around the house not doing anything. It's now named CPAP and it is dedicated to just my ResScan stuff. So it may be that the easiest way to get ResScan up and running will be to buy a cheap, but functional older laptop or desktop machine running XP and just use that for ResScan.

try running a search on bootcamp, parallels, or vmware.
