If i power down the machine instead of leaving it on standby what effect would this have on the data stored in the machine/or data card? Would i have to re-program all the #s on the machine? i really want to verified these AHI's and im still learning how to read all the charts on ResScan.Any suggestions on how to better verified these numbers?

You made changes for the better and improved your therapy, great! Are you feeling rested? That is the beauty of having access to the necessary software to follow your progress. If you re-format your card, you will be erasing all data on it and the only info available will be from the re-formatted data forward. You can have 2 cards, one to sleep with and one with just the statistics, depends on how much info your dr. wants/needs to see. You can turn the machine off and even unplug it and you will not lose any data other than the 12:00 pm auto reset info that is just a snapshot of your previous nights data. Congrats all who achieve zeros, I sure like seeing mine. john[/quote]
Thanks John

I just want to reset the machine just to see if it is true ,but i guess what really matters is how do i feel and i can honestly say that i feel good ,now i just got to work on getting more hours of sleep,i only average about 6 hrs. a night.

Thanks again John
