There are also a mail in coupn from Resmed online. If you buy a Resmed Mack and Machine. Australian companies work by thier own set of rules. Its not a bed thing. They produce an excellent product at a reasonable price. This is how they look at things:

All Cobalts were manufactured at GM's Lordstown Assembly plant in Lordstown, Ohio

The Cobalt ended production in June 2010.

The GM Delta platform vehicles (of which the Cobalt was one) are known as an Astra in many parts of the world, and are also manufactured (for the relvant regional markets) in Australia and Germany.
