This might be an silly thought but do you have the air vent pointing away from you? If it got reversed it would be blowing right on you!

You don't need a hose hanger....I built one myself using 2 Command brand sticky hooks and 2 rubber bands.
I stuck the command hooks on the wall above my bed about 2 1/2 feet apart, and I have the cpap machine on my night stand.
The hose goes through one rubber band which hangs from one of the command hooks, and the other end of the hose goes through a 2nd rubber band and onto the 2nd command hook.
then my mask with a little bit of hose is allowed to swing successfully without the hose getting in the way.
The hose is over my head against the wall, and I have a humidifier, which works well with the elevated hose.
I never get tangled, and always can freely switch from side to side. sleeping on my side is not a problem at all with the Swift LT, Swift LT for her (which is only different because the color is light blue )
and the Swift Fx.
