Has anyone heard of these? If so, do they work? Saw them on Home Medical website.

Interesting you should mention these again... This just surfaced again here. I had looked at them and, for the nonce... not going there.
Do a search for "cpappro" (all one word) and you'll turn up a ton of discussions on it. There are some FEW who love it but a ton who really loathe it for a variety of reasons. It's quite expensive (unless you found a really cheapo deal on it) and no returns after the bag is opened.

Insurance tends to not cover these.
