Tonight Is My Titration Sleep Over (Study)

Post by michwelle » Thu Nov 18, 2010 3:28 pm

So tonight I go for the second study w/titration. I'm much more relaxed than I was for the first one since I know what to expect. Also, reading the discussions here have been a TREMENDOUS help. So I packed my pillow and I'm ready, willing and able to get this show on the road. I just hope I can sleep more than the 3 hours last time, but I was a little nervous last time and I think that had a lot to do with it. I'll check in tomorrow after I get home. Thanks to all of you for all the wisdom!

I always take valium to relax myself, remember its OK to sleep on your side, many think they must sleep on their backs

Labs can usually get the data needed with 2 or more hours of sleep time. They actually prefer that you sleep in a variety of positions....side, back, other side.... so they can get a true picture of your events and what is needed to correct them.

Best wishes for a successful titration!! We look forward to helping you on your cpap journey to come!
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
