A lot of good ideas for spreading the word -- it's important -- people'e lives are at stake. A couple weeks ago when I got long hair cut off because it was interfering with my headgear, the hair dresser said how her husband snores loud, stops snoring, then his feet shake and then he gasps awake. She told me she was going to call the doc on Monday to get referred to a sleep doc.

I like muse's cards....that is a great idea also. And I have a plumber for a husband, and he just loves to talk pipes. He's always happiest with another old plumber somewhere...

We just have to keep spreading the word "so that other's will live!"

A co-worker confessed the other day that he'd been on CPAP for 10 years;
I asked if he'd had any adjustments lately.
Apparently none since he first got it.
He's already scheduled a new sleep study; and plans to get a new machine before our deductibles and co-pays go up.

Something that happens to me in all my travels (2 weeks a month to various cities), is that often when I go through airport security, one of the security guards will look at my opened CPAP case and say, "Oh, I have a machine like that." This has happened in numerous cities. I have a cousin in CPAP who travels much less (and to different places), and she gets the same response at airports. We aren't a tiny minority anymore.
