cpap nasal mask suggestions...

Post by andrewjs18 » Tue Nov 02, 2010 7:21 am

I'm due for a new mask and I'm currently using a cheap comfort classic and tend to find it leaking more than I like.

I've tried using the Mirage softgel in 2 different sizes and neither fit my face real well so I'm not going to waste my time trying 1 for a 3rd time.

I've been reading good reviews on the prolife lite mask..I like the idea of the gel molding to the shape of your face. any comments?

I've really enjoyed the following masks, and they're quite affordable:

For me I think the Zest "one size fits most" fits better than the HC407, its the successor of the HC407 I believe. Its a little easier to clean too. I like the 'frosted' silicon seal, it seems to make a much better seal than the clear one on the ResMed masks I've tried. Also the 'glider straps' allow a lot of movement for active sleepers while keeping the mask in place - really like that a lot.

I have a big goatee and both masks don't have a problem with the facial hair as well. I'd consider the Zest too!
