Nose bridge soreness is a common problem for a lot of us. For the short term, you could put a small bandaid over the sore area, or cut a small piece of soft cotton material (like an old T-Shirt) and cover that area. For the long run, you could look into getting a nose bridge protector, as sold here http://padacheek.com/.

Hope that helps,
Bev

Yes, Pad-A-Cheek products are excellent! I use them myself. Also, depending on what type FFM you have, you might need to adjust the angle of the forehead piece--doing so affects the pressure on the nose bridge. Good luck!

I had trouble with the headband breaking me out at the very back and bottom of my neck with a rash, just put a sock back there and all is well.

Welcome to therapy !!
The mask/nose pillow will be your biggest headache....but its well worth it.
I am on week three and feel like superman. Give time to get adjusted to the mask you are using. I had a sore that lasted a week.
I started to use a band-aid at night to help, I also was making the mask to tight. There is a fine line bewtween and tight and loose mask.

Hang in there. In two-three weeks you will be a pro.
Did you get your machine from a doctors medical provider? if so...make an appointment and try on some different masks. You can also go to cpap.com and look at mask ratings.

I use the Resmed Quattro, I hated it for the first week and even got a Hybrid loaner......went back to the Resmed Quattro with open arms.
