resmed s9 autoset software

Okay, I've read conflicting messages. Do I need the software with this machine, or is everything I need to know built in? I would love to have it , I have a standard card reader on my PC> Will that help?

Having the software is a big plus..

THe RESMED S9 has more feaures than you can get to on the menu from the machine.

It also gives you the ability to monitor your sleep and see how effective the machine is working.

The worst thing that could happen, is you download the software, use it and don't like it.

I like the fact that I can check how I slept, if I had a bad night.

But all this i just my opinion.

I get "mask usuage", "total leak", and "AHI" on my S9. What other info is available on the software??

With the RESSCAN you get that and more.

You can not display multiple days of usage straight off of the S9.

You can produce charts which you can't do straight off of the S9.

Search the post and some example reports and you will see what I mean.

If you search for ResScan (the name of the software package), you'll find a lot of info about what it can do.

I'd also like to find out where I can get the ResScan software for the ResMed S9.
I have the ResMed S9 Elite. Believe the ResScan software is the same for both the S9 Autoset and the S9 Elite.
