Climateline tubing

Post by Duckie » Mon Aug 30, 2010 12:52 pm

My climateline tubing came today. Now to fiqure out how to work it. I hope it helps with the cold air that wakes me up! 11 nights on the S9. Some are good and some are not. Still sleep alot. Have not had a lot of energy. See the Dr. in 2 weeks and hope to be put on something for restless legs and hopefully then I will sleep solid and feel better. Been drooling lately so I must be opening my mouth. I do use a chin strap. Wonder, how do you know to go to a face mask?

With the climateline tubing you have a choice on how to use it. It can be used on manual mode with a setting from 1-6 with 6 being the most humid but with a higher risk for rainout (condensation in the tube/mask) during the night.

I recommend using it in Automatic mode and then you just set your room temperature in and the machine delivers the optimal humidity.

Not all chin straps are created equal, I recommend the pur-sleep pap cap if your don't have big hair. Its wide chin strap comfortably supports my jaw, preventing it from dropping during the night can causing mouth leaks. here is the link if you want to check it out.

I also sent you a PM (private message) with some more information regarding your machine and how to change the above settings.

Duckie in relation to restless leg syndrome I use liquid calcium and a little hocus pocus with ivory soap bars lol I put them at the foot of my bed under the covers. Some thing is working cause my wife says my nightly marathon's are not as frequent as they use to be.
