Help with remstar pro m series settings

Post by reallyneedsleep » Thu Aug 19, 2010 3:53 am

Hi all I have a question. I reset my info yesterday following the instructions I found on this forum. I woke up today and went to check my numbers on the device and all my readings are at zero?
So the things I track:
Therapy use
7 day
30 day
Sessions
7
30
Leaks
7
30
AHI
7
30
These all stayed at zero after 1st night. Summary data shows 1 session for 7.2 hours (longest night sleep so far!) does any one understand why this is or offer any help.

Thanks,
Glenn
i don't always sleep my friends, but when I do, beer helps

Hopefully this will update as the day goes on. I think the older machines needed an hour before the session finalized, until then it didn't bother to calculate.

Is this a PRS1 or M series? Read right across the top of the machine to find out.

Same situtaion with PR1 Remstar Pro. It takes a few hours (at least 4*) for the machine to figure it out

* I say 4, because 2 nights ago i must have turned my cpap off at 2 (in my sleep?) and woke up at 6 and turned it back on. It recorded that as one sleep "event".

Thanks all, before i left for work i checked one more time...BAM my info was there! I really need to get used to all the great info and search before I ask a question but I'm only a few days into this journey so please forgive me. I was just getting ready to post a "why is my leak rate so high 42 lpm" when i did a quick search...found out that my mask has a built in leak rate of 24 at my pressure... who knew...and just like that I discover that my leak rate is really very good <20lpm

man the info is fantastic...and so are the people!
