Problems downloading data on ResScan 3.11
Hello when I try to download data on ResScan 3.11 it will not download. I am using a thumb drive I bought at Radio Shack. Has anybody had this problem? Any help appreciated

I keep getting an error meesage that says there are no devices connected

I haven't seen an S9, but from what I have read, it sounds like the S9 uses an SD card, not a thumb drive. Are you sure your thumb drive has data on it?

I am using a sd card that fits into the thumb drive and it plugs into the usb connector.

I had this too until mounting the device _before_ starting resscan.
