Just to hang in there...we all experience the same issues. Out the 16 nights I've been using it, there has only been 1 that I believe I didn't take the mask off in the middle of the night. I have also had a hard time falling asleep as well.

Reading other posts has assured me that this is all part of the process and the longer you hang in there, the better it gets. I talked to a lady at church today and she said it took her husband 4 months to get used to sleeping with the CPAP (and mask) but now, he won't sleep without it. He left to go out of town and he made sure that he took it with him.

Also, keep an eye on the ASAA forum (http://www.apneasupport.org/), there is a lot of information there as well as a chat session that goes on practically daily. I have chatted with people every night there over the past 3 nights...it helps alot.

Hang in ther Jennifer...you keep posting and we'll keep encoraging

Dave
