What did you choose as system one settings?
In the mask setting brochure for optilife and comfortlite , which are Respironics products, it is stated as follows;
for large ..............X1
for medium...........X2
for small..............X4
I decided to choose X1 because my size is large?
What did you do ?
Thanks....
GOD BLESS

Re: to whom uses PR Sytem One Machine & Resmed Swift Fx together
Hi,
I have a PR System 1 auto, and a Swift FX using the med pillow.
There have been a few posts on this. Most are using a setting for a similar PR nasil pillow mask.
When I experimented with this I emailed PR through their web site, as others have, to try to get PR to tell me what the setting should be. Unfortunately they said they could not recommend a setting as the Swift FX was not their mask. Seems like they could test all the current masks on the market as a customer service support activity, and not just support their own masks.
I eventually experimented with a few resistance settings for my Med Swift FX, but my AHI was bouncing up and down at the time, so I ended up setting it back to the baseline setting of 0, and it seems to work fine for me that way.
I am curious if anyone has actually seen better therapy by using a custom setting compared to the stock setting.
Thanks for bringing this up again, there are likely more who have some experience with this now.

I have the exact same setup and I use the resistance setting of 1. It seems to work well for me.

I've turned OFF my resistance setting, no matter what mask I use.
