What equipment are you using? I know that most of the time the folks here like for you to go up to the top left, to your profile and fill in your equipment so that people can give you feedback. Is it your mask that you're having problems with? I'm rather new myself and I went today for my 3rd mask in a month! But I'm determined to find the right one and I'm lucky to work with a company who encourages me to get it right! There are a lot of people here willing to help you, but we need to know what your issues are.

Welcome, todd! We want to help you. If you aren't masked up all night you aren't improving your health. What machine are you using? What mask? Do you use a humidifier? What is your pressure setting? Can you check your data? The more you tell us the more we'll be able to help. Please don't give up, you CAN make this work.

Have good shot of good Irish Whiskey.
Now all kiddin' aside, what is your settings? What type of machine are you using? What type of mask do you have?
I know it will take a little bit of time to get used to C-pap, I had problems with it for several months until I was properly fitted with a mask.
Try having a machine with no ramp feature set at 20cm. I finally got a good machine (I bought it out of pocket) after a year. it had a feature called c-flex.
I finally got a Bi-Pap machine. hang in there it will all come out in the wash.

You shouldn't be feeling like this. Something is not right. You need to get your pressure setting checked and/or reevaluated. You may have it set too low or even too high. Do you have a good seal?

Welcome to the forum, you have come to the right place for help.
Patience and persistance are the key to good therapy. You must wear your mask ALL night to get good therapy. I would suggest you read, read and read some more,
we have all had problems and this where we have fixed them. Tell us what your equipment is and EXACTLY what your promblems are.....we have been there. It has taken me 4 months, but I have persisted and not taken my mask off once.
Talk to us....and remember persistance and patience, it takes more than one night to test out a "tweak".
Cheers and good luck
Nan
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

You need to register first and then you can access the User Control Panel in top left to edit your profile. One of the tabs is for your equipment... please add it there in text, not icons.
