Looking for H4i humidifier to replace DeVilbiss 9200

Post by mimi7grands » Thu Aug 12, 2010 2:43 pm

Hi, I'm looking for an H4i or H3i humidifier to use with my s8 Autoset II. The DeVilbiss is not designed specifically for use with apap, although I think it's working fine. I'd like to get something a little less cumbersome. I've been checking cpapauction the last couple of weeks and haven't seen any of the H4 or H3i's. I hate to pop for a new one, especially as I'm thinking about going to the S9 autoset II. Any thoughts about other places to look?
Thanks

If you're not going to go the S9 route, your best bet is probably to buy a usedS8 Elite or AutoSet with the H4i and use the machine as a backup.

Otherwise you're going to have to get lucky to find an integrated humidifier being sold solo.

I just ran across a web site. http://secondwindcpap.com that had a H3 (by itself) for 100.00

H4i arrived. Works perfectly! So cute compared to the DeVilbiss! My thanks to Michelle.
