does nasal pillow change size and shape of your nose?

I just wonder if users of nasal pillow, have noticed any change in the chape of their nose and/or nostrils from continous pressure of pillow and air into their nostrils? I don't use nasal pillow but I am thinking about trying it

I have used nasal pillows for a couple of years now and see no change in my nostrils at all.

That's my experience.

I think if you have C.N.S. (cute nose syndrome)

it just makes it cuter

really, I wouldnt worry about it.. I love my lil nasal pillows, and I cant even FEEL them in my shnoz anymore!

Ok, ladies, I will use the nasal pillow but if I have a change in shape of my nose it will be your responsibility to find me a girlfriend

I use the Swift FX mask, and the only thing I've noticed is just after waking up and taking off the mask, I noticed a slight change in the shape of the nostrils. Within minutes, I'm back to normal. Don't worry about it.

Your nostrils will puff out a bit while the machine is in use. But xPAP pressures are pretty low. For example 20 cm H20 is only 0.28 PSI.

After ~ 2 months using my Mirage Liberty hybrid, I'm convinced it HAS for me ... but all for the good! I have a very narrow nose, not helped by my brother breaking it when I was a kid. Although I had turbinate reduction years ago, and things improved, it was still not adequate for moving much air.

Now, in addition to breathing through my nose at night while on the machine, I also can breathe through it most of the day and evening. Chronic sore spot on my septum has healed. Much improved sense of taste. And miracle of miracles, I've lost my life-long craving for salt.

Since I've been so fortunate with the hybrid mask, I'm hoping to experiment with nasal-only plus chin strap soon!

The only thing different I've noticed is that I breathe better during the day and don't wake up with a stuffy nose.
But I do know I also suffer from CNS (cute nose syndrome)...and it must be contagious because my whole family has it.
