Need help with Encore 2.0

Need help with Encore 2.0

The first time I used Encore 2.0 I was able to download a report. But now I want to use it again and am unable to change the date range. It seems stuck on the dates of the original report. I tried clicking on the calendar and also tried to change the date in the box. Neither seems to work. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide.

have you clicked on "copy smartcard data " button to download the data of the new date?

I don't see a button labeled Copy. My buttons say Download from Device and View Report. The calendar is there but I am unable to change the dates from those of the old report.

OK, did you Download the new data? if you click on "Download from Device and View Report", do you see the light at the smart card change to green (it means it downloading)? if not then remove the smart card, wipe it off with smooth cloth and then insert it again and watch the light change when you click download which is a signal about sucessful dowmload
(I assume you had the smart card hooked into your machine last night)

This software is a little funky.

Put your pointer on the LAST date of the week of reports you want details on and click it. That should turn that number dark. Now, when you generate the report, it will give you details on the 7 days up to the day you highlighted.

It's a pain that you cannot select the date range. I'm not on the computer where I have the software loaded, but I think the first few pages and the summary at the end will show ALL the average data from the first date of use, but the daily detailed reports will be 7 days counting backward from the date you selected.

I was finally able to view the report for the correct dates thanks to your help. This forum is really helpful; thanks to all who offered suggestions.
