HELP for a newbie

Post by cpapthomas » Tue Jul 20, 2010 9:23 am

I have 2 questions:
1. I am trying to send a question to a member. I am logged in. I put the code in and am careful that it is case sensitive (however most of the codes seem to be all capitals). I keep getting the flag that tells me to re-enter a different code because I am not entering the correct code in order to have the message sent?
2. How do I reach the administrator with a question like this. I tried to contact the administrator a few days ago, and I don't even remember what I clicked on to do that, but I ended getting a generic-automatic answer which did not address my question. Thank you

cpapthomas, do you mean you're trying to PM a forum member? I've never done that, but if that's what you're trying to do somebody will be along shortly who can help you with that. You could probably call cpap.com and ask to talk to Johnny if you needed to get in touch with him about anything on this board.

Morning Thomas
I have had trouble with the "code" before too. Sometimes it doesn't show the last letter and you can't move the screen any farther. I just keep trying until it works...make sure you copy the letters and figures exactly as they appear (minus the slant or squiglies) .
Keep trying, it will work.
Cheers
Nan

The captcha code is case sensitive, and remember there are no zeros....so if you think it is a zero it is really a capital O. Actually the codes on here are much easier to read than most captcha's on other sites. Good luck!

PM's can only be sent by registered users.
And I've never seen a captcha code when logged in and PM-ing.
