Emilia ~ Hello and welcome!

Who in Florida do you go to? I would really love to know. My cpap experience was very much different than yours. Not too good. My Cigna ins. only contracts out to Apria Healthcare and sometimes they can be a bear to work with. Listen to the forum folk because they know STUFF, for real.

Look up Creg's Hose Tamer. I made two -- one out of copper tubing for home, looks snazzy, and one take apart one for travel. Both work great. He has photos but I made a list of parts and measurements. If you need them just send a note.

I just posted Sat. morning and someone told me a "cure" for a malfunctioning machine.

Heh heh... I actually diverted to cats - habitual meowser. Depending on what program you choose (Encore Pro is the standard here and works on XP) you'll need a card reader too, but not just any old one - look on Cpap.com for their 'bundle' (cheaper that way) and see what you think.

I have a netbook and insert the card right into the side, works like a charm!

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Emilia
while you can always try, my experience with the software for Resmed and Respironics using a Netbook is not only slow but not working.

After some difficulty, the software was installed but in case of resmed, the screen resolution is below requirement but still working
In EP2 Respironics case, the full menu cannot be displayed so the report cannot be generated and data not downloadable.

I have try Encore Viewer 2 with netbook
