Hi,
I just received my Resmed S9 Elite 2 days ago. I am still having trouble sleeping with the unit and mask, but I slept with the mask the first night for at least 3 hours and the machine shows 0 hours. I tried to search through the posts to find out what was wrong and saw where some people talked about the clock being set wrong on the unit. Can someone tell me how to check the clock on the Resmed S9 Elite? The documentation I received with the unit does not even show you that there is a clock setting that can be changed.
Also, can someone explain to me the software everyone talks about and where you get the software?
Thanks,
Elizabeth

The LCD shows data for the current session. A session runs from noon to noon. So if you use the machine before noon and check the display after noon, it will show all zeroes for daily data.
I'll leave the specifics of the S9 settings to someone else.

I think you have to set it in the clinical menu. If you email me I can look tomorrow at work, I work at a DME Provider. But this is how you get into the clinical menu then you can look around. sleepnationtv@gmail.com
To get into the clinical menu press and hold the turn dial and the silver button below it for a few seconds, that will unlock the menu. It is in there some where if you want exact directions email me also visit my video blog.
