Mask or pillows
I am trying to figure out which works better for me. Mask or Nose Pillows. Last night was the first night for the pillows, I felt I slept well but my wife says I slept restlessly and snored????? What is going wrong?

Re: Mask or pillows
If you were snoring your mouth was probably open, which means your therapy air was escaping. Mouth breathing can be solved by training yourself to sleep with your mouth closed (I've no idea how one would go about this!), using tape or chinstraps or such things as those, or using a full face mask. Just my 2 cents.

Your headgear may need to be adjusted further. Sometimes it takes a few nights to find the right adjustment on the straps.

Re: Mask or pillows
I have used both a mask and pillows. I am more successful with pillows. I am however a mouth breather. I use a Breathewear Halo chin strap, which is very comfortable and lightweight. I would suggest trying some type of chin strap before abandoning the pillows altogether. The website for the chin strap and other accessories is www.breathewear.com. I hope this is helpful and good luck.
