If your humidifier is set at a higher number, turn it down, or even off. A lot of people get congested by them.

thanks for feedback...I don't use my humidifier. Maybe time is all I need.

Maybe you need to try it out then - the same problem can occur if you need it but don't use it.

You may want to try it out at the lowest setting. Without water, and most of the time a 1 setting I too get congested, but I also get that way if it's turned up TOO much (5)

Definitely try it with the lower settings and see if that helps.

I have seen complaints on there about congestion, so I have been wondering lately if I have a cold or if the damned machine is causing it. I think it is a cold, but I have my doubts. The other day I was fine until I laid down in bed and suddenly I got very congested and started sneezing. My room is very clean, so it's no allergy. It could be pollen in the air, but I sleep with an air cleaner on high. I don't know. It is better today.

Try messing with your humidifier settings. I had the same problem at first and eventually just stopped using that feature.

CPAP Vapor Clear Sinus Blaster by Pur-Sleep is aromatherapy oil you put on a wafer in front of the air intake on your CPAP. I particularly like the "Clear" scent. There are other soothing scents available but these two contain eucalyptus oil which clears congestion. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/cpap-a ... aster.html

Humidifier experimentation should prove productive. As suggested by others, try it on different settings. Everybody is a little different when it comes to humidifier settings. Some do well at lower settings, some do well at high settings, and many fall in between somewhere. Good Luck!
