Which machine is in your opinion best ? What maximum pressure levels do you tolerate?

The best machine is one you have the software for. I don't know if I have reached my max. pressure yet.

I know I get into the 13's for max pressure I had a bout with a 16 and wondered how I could possibly sleep through that kind of pressure.
