Why does the cat hide in my room and then wait until I am snuggly and comfy and hooked up in my bed to stand at the door and yowl to be let out.

Why do good folk have cats?!? They do not need to be on the bed nor do they need to be let out. Those two privileges are reserved for dogs.

Let out as in, let out of the room, not the house. I don't think he has ever been on my bed, though, either. I suspect that I am allergic to cats because when I was married, the cats would sleep with us and I was always sick. No dogs here, though.

Cats clawing and biting CPAP hoses apparently is a very common thing. That's the first thing my sleep doc warned me about when he heard I had two cats. Check for hose leaks whenever you wash it!

OSA is a serious illness so a bit of light hearted chat certainly cannot hurt.

Could it be because we are hypoxic?

OMG I am so the same way can breath great all day in out in out drive a truck up there, I fire up the cpap and one or the other nare will close

The nose itch thing I swear its the CPAP Fairys putting itching powder on my nose. Happens with in the first 2 minutes of putting on my pillows EVERY NIGHT

I must admit, When I put the stuff on the first night all my kids were in the room and I did say the best I could with a F-5 tornado coming from my mouth "KIDS I AM YOUR FATHER" I sware my 11 year old about wet him self laughing so hard.

I was warned about that too. The first night I shut my bedroom door and poor Miss Lilly slept in the living room. The next night she came in before I remembered to shut the door. I let her stay. She barely pays attention to the hose. Now she is back in her place parked right up against my leg every night.

Why is it I can be in the bedroom watching TV or reading for hours with no problems from my allergies, but as soon as I pick up my mask, my nose runs like a faucet??
