Ok folks, I stopped reading that thread I posted last week, because people got all grouchy and made quite a lot of assumptions. My goal was to point out that when a person clicked the "customize and buy" link, software was offered and the description of the software described the addition of features (that's usually what additional hardware and sofware does! ) I didn't want my money back or to badmouth a very supportive company.
Everything worked out great as far as I'm concerned -- Johnny agreed the wording was confusing and asked his web designer to fix it! I haven't had time to talk to him about the return of the software/upgrade to APAP (like I said, getting new goodies wasn't my point!), but I finally did email him today.
With the exception of the one phone call to CPAP.com, which was at the end of the week (and likely both I and the customer service rep were already on our last nerve and wanting to go home for the weekend) I have been impressed with CPAP.com.
More than impressed. Using the web site is easy, getting your prescription to them is easy, they have absurdly long customer service hours, they return email in MINUTES, they ship items within hours, and they read and support this message board. Hard to get better than that.
So I hope I can come back and play. You're all a very smart bunch.
CPAP.com is the best :)

Sonyat,
I am so glad everything turned out so well and the response from the company is certainly impressive. I am also glad you are coming back. I have learned so much on this forum, more than I believe I would have gotten anywhere else.
