New mask dosent fit hose

Out of the kindness of someones heart I did recieve a new mask, (my cobra ran out and I still have no job and no health insurance)
The mask is a mirage quattro and my machine is a remstar a flex. The hosing dosent fit the mask, what can I do? thanks.

Should fit if you have all the parts. The hoses are pretty universal.

Take a look at the images in the following links and see if you have the gray swivel connector.......it sounds like that may be what you're missing.

Have you contacted the person who sent it to you? They may have the missing piece somewhere and forgot to include it.

On the first link you sent me that grey peice hanging from the mask is there, that what is so weird its like everything is there and its pretty new but, dont fit. thanks!!!

Is the hose end too big or too small to fit on the gray connector?

If one end of the hose fits on the humidifier connector, try switching the hose around and try the end that's on the humidifier on the mask. They're the same size. It could be that the hose end is so new that it's tight and needs to be worked onto the mask connector (and maybe a little water to lubricate it).
