Does the Resmed S8 Elite II record your oxygen saturation data?

No it doesn't. I don't know if there is something you can buy and add to the machine to take your oxygen measurement.

You can buy an oximeter data capable and download the recording on your computer via USB cable and the software which comes with the oximeter. There is Kevin Cooper a member of this forum selling oximeters at his new web site.
