Encore Pro - READING SD directly

My question is simple: I've installed Encore Pro, but the software cannot seem to read the data from my SD card. Why?

I have complete access to the data; meaning, I copied it from the SD to my desktop. I've tried the direct connection option inside the software via USB also. Nothing works.

What operating system are you using? 32 bit? 64 bit?

Which version of encore are you using? Anything below 2 will not read the sd cards.

'm using version 2 - I usually start the software, then insert the card, and the "download data from device" switches from gray to whatever automatically.

I must say, though, I'm not using any card reader except for a general USB card reader on my system.

It's still not seeing the data... I even have copied it off the SD card - so I know I can access it.

Sigh!

I've seen it before if you select the wrong machine it trys to download from smartcard instead of sd card. Have you added the correct machine in the software?

I'm not sure about that. Where would one add the machine?

I have a BiPAP Auto System One by Respironics.

Fixed. Had to get version 2.
