Mask jumble

Post by abysmillard » Wed Jun 02, 2010 1:22 pm

Over the first two years or so of CPAP therapy I tried every mask I could get my hands on. The ones I hated came off after a few minutes or hours and got tossed in a drawer. The ones I wasn't sure of were used for a few to several nights. One or two were used long enough that I replaced the parts that came in contact with my nose before abandoning them.

Eventually everything but my ResMed Quattro ended up in the drawer and eventually in a box in the closet.

I keep thinking that I'll sort these masks out and offer them to people who want to try them, but after a couple of years of dodging the box in the closet I am pretty certain that that won't happen. Heck, I don't even remember what some of them are called.

As a final act before just chucking the whole mess into the trash, I thought I'd offer them here. What you get is a box of masks, probably near a dozen, mostly full-face, one hybrid, a couple of nasal insert types, all used to a greater or lesser extent. There are a couple of Quattro bodies that have been raided for replacement parts for mine and other parts that I can no longer identify. Everything is dusty, but nothing is visibly soiled. I am not willing to do anything except put a label on the box and take it to FedEx. I will not sort or catalog the contents, and will not clean them. What I want from you is postage (probably about $15) to wherever in the US you are located.

This is a great chance to have a lot of masks to play with or to fill that last bit of unused space in your closet!
First come, first served!

Looks like the jumble has a new home.
