cleaning the comfort gel mask

I would like to know if someone has an easy and quick way to clean the comfort gel mask and how often does it need a cleaning

When I wear my Comfort Gel I take it apart and clean the gel cushion and flap twice a week.

Do u clean it with plain water or with some kind of soap?

Usually just hot water and a drop of hand soap.
