I came across a Producer of Magnetic Therapy bracelets etc (in UK) offering a nose stud with Magnets mounted at the ends of a U shaped soft plastic, that should be inserted in the center of the nose. The nerves that have connection to the
soft tissues in the throat may be rejuvenated by wearing these magnets as claimed by the advertiser.
I wonder what the reading is in the Forum on such a device. I have worn a copper Bracelet with Magnets on the wrist and
immensely benefited from Rheumatic pains - over the last 14 yrs. I therefore value this Therapy from my personal experience.
Any useful comment will be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Magnetic Therapy for Apnea related snoring
Call me a skeptic. I have had several MRI procedures done to image my spine, neck and brain. Ye old standard kitchen magnet has a field strength between 10 and 100 Gauss. An MRI has a magnetic field strength of up to 15,000 Gauss. So, an MRI has over 150 times the field strength of a standard magnet. I should be cured of everything. I wish!
So, if you think it will help you ... go ahead and do it. If the piercing does not cause any problems I seriously doubt the magnets in this will hurt you. May not help, but certainly should not hurt.
