Brand new or used S9 Autoset?

Brand new or used S9 Autoset?

I bought a brand new S9 Autoset from a private dealer. How do I know it is actually brand new? Does the total hours used have anything to do with it, should it say zero? I just want to know if I purchased a brand new or used S9 Autoset.
