where can i buy headrest nasal pillow with lower shipping?

Dear all,
I'd like to buy the headrest nasal pillow as many people suggested. but on website cpap only UPS is aviable, so the international shipping fee is too high(USD 75.79).
does anyone know where can i buy the product with lower shipping?
thanks a lot.
