My treated AHI has routinely been around 2.5-3.3. I've been on xPap since late February.
Today I looked at EncoreViewer, and it showed my last two nights' AHIs of 5.1 and 4.1, respectively. Nothing I can think of changed except for my diet. I've recently gone on Body For Life (High protien, high carb, low fat), but I didn't change anythign regarding my settings. I've got to drop some weight. Carbonman has an excellent point in his signature...
At any rate, can the change in diet/eating habits have this big of an impact? Do I need to be worried about it? I'm not ready to hit the panic button just yet... hoping it will smooth out over the next few days. I don't feel any differently...
Thanks for your thoughts and opinions!

Re: AHI Bump
Can you go back to your old diet for a couple of days to see what happens? High protein and carbs may be keeping you awake!

Re: AHI Bump
Considering my old diet consists of eating whatever junk I want, whenever I want... I certainly could, but I don't think that's such a good idea...
If it doesn't level out I will definitely look for alternatives, however...
