Wonder does anyone on here have a pin(schematic) out of the pins for the climate line? That way someone could check to see if it's even sending voltage to the climate line. It just might be pinned wrong from the factory. In the field I'm in, I see this more often than you should.

All S9 users - Is H5i working ??
Re: All S9 users - Is H5i working ??
Forgive me is someone has already stated this. I didn't go through and read every single post. My mom has an S9 Auto as well and I have been trying it and the humidifier doesn't heat up with that one as well. I called Resmed Tech. support and stated what the problem was. He said to replace the humidifier and I stated that we already have. This one does the same exact thing. He then stated that he was pretty sure it was the cpap unit itself. When the unit is in run mode, the unit doesn't have enough current going to the humidifier to heat up the heating plate. Even though the humidifier says it is heating up and working there's not enough current to actually heat it up. When the cpap is off and you hit the warm-up button, it will work because the cpap unit isn't on yet. Once you turn the cpap on, the heating plate shuts off. He said to take it back to DME and have the cpap unit exchanged and that should fix the problem. Evidently, there's a bad batch out there with this same problem.
