I see in your profile that you are using a heated humidifier. Have you tried turning it up? The higher you turn up your humidifier, the warmer the air should be. Good luck!

I warm the water that I put in my humidifier each night for 45 seconds before I go to bed. That makes sure I have warm air blowing up my nose right from the start. I have a quart bottle that fits in the microwave and I fill it each night before I warm it to make sure the water is always the same temp.

I had a bit of a shocker this morning. I've only been back on cpap for three weeks now and have been using it with my hose uncovered. I had wondered off and on why the air was cold even with the heated humidifier turned on. This morning I dragged my hose under the blankets with me and instant warm air. Apparently just the short distance the air travels up the hose is enough to cool it off. A hose cover is definately in my immediate future.
