No. I haven't bought from them. But it seems that many who have done so HAVE been swindled, if the following 25-page thread from another forum is to be trusted (which I have no way of knowing, either):
I would rather pay a few dollars more and buy from a reputable company that has a good rating with the Better Business Bureau, myself. (That is http://www.bbb.org .) I prefer that to buying from an individual I have no way of finding out about. But, hey, that's just me.

And no, I don't buy medical equipment on E-bay, either. I have no way of knowing who I am dealing with there. I am a big chicken.

Welcome to the board, though. Just so you know, I came THIS close to deleting your message as spam, since I tend to be wary of first-time posters pointing to sales sites. I am cynical that way. It seems to be a pattern, you know? And as the originator of this thread, I somehow feel some personal responsibility for some odd reason. I'm strange that way.

May I be of service to you in any way with your PAP therapy? Because I would be glad to try to be of help.

On page 25 of that link:
OK here's the deal:
if you guys are buying iPods and iPhones of this site, you are out of your mind. Why would you expect them to sell iPods and iPhones for 20-100 bucks, and expect it to be the exact same? Do you expect any Chinese merchant that has the funny english to be selling a legitimate Apple product?
CMS is not Apple! Get it? CMS is a nothing, nobody, Chinese company [actually if I remember correctly CMS is just a brand of some nobody Chinese company]. A CMS50D-plus is no iPod [but that doesn't stop it from being cool ]! And I'm sure you've read all the stupid whiny 1 star reviews that show up on Amazon over something like "my package arrived damaged" etc. People complain over stupid things and whine when their package that is being shipped internationally doesn't show up next day.

OK, and I'm sure you are not alone in that thinking. On the other hand, if *I* were really concerned about my medical equipment, I would not be buying some cheapo "CMS" brand anyway. In the mean time I found it really cheap and folks can make their own determination if they want to order it from the cheapo place or not. I will warn folks that have not ordered direct from Asia before that in my experience the shipping does take a little longer - like at least 10-14 days to the west coast let alone the rest of the US. So don't get your panties in a jumble if it doesn't arrive the next day. And use your Visa, if it becomes a unresolvable problem, then just contest the charge.

Thank you. Yep, I know how dangerous crazy deals can be.

Nope, it's for my 101 year old grandmother and her CPAP's workin' good AFAIK. But thank you.

EDIT: Somewhat bad news, the price just went up to $78 w/ free shipping. but that is still the cheapest I've seen. The two product specific links I posted might have trouble but if you check the last "store" link in the links I posted the seller still has the items.

Just thought I would let folks know that I ordered from the DHgate seller I listed in the link and everything went very smoothly. It took a few days for the seller to ship - but the seller makes this clear in the item description. The unit arrived pretty fast too - I think about 7 days to the east coast. It works and does it's thing. The manual was in Chinese but the English manual is available on the Internet anyway. It is a rather brief manual anyway - the English one is hardly worth the powder to blow it to hell.

Unfortunately currently the seller does not have that item for sale but one can always search the DHgate.com site for "oximeter" as see if they find any good deals. Happy hunting.

I just ordered the CMS-50E for $119 + shipping from http://www.echostore.com.

Looking forward to checking my O2 stats.
