where to find Software for PR REMstar Auto A-Flex?

Can anyone tell me where to find the software for my cpap machine and what kind of software will work for my machine and card?

I read "The PR Auto CPAP will only work with Encore Pro 2 version 2.1 Software." If that is the case, I couldn't find the right software for my machine on CPAP.com, which I assume is where most people here do their cpap shopping? When I searched online for the Encore Pro 2, I found the Phllips RESPIRONICS site which said; "EncorePro 2 is the desktop version (not web-based) database solution that supports SmartCard uploads and downloads." I don't have a SmartCard in my machine. It has a small generic card.

I'm also assuming I need the software and a card reader?

There is no user software for puchase yet for your machine. Philips Respironics is promising it in May or June.

What is available (but not for purchase) is the DME's version of the software. Some here have it but they did not buy it.

If they see this thread, they will be in touch.

Thank you for the info. Before I saw your post, I'd just gotten off the phone with a sales representative for a cpap company who told me the same thing, but he didn't know that it might be available in May or June. That's encouraging news.

I'd love to get the DME's version of the software if someone would be willing to share it.

the problem with sharing is the size. It is over 300 MB, so you cannot send this as e-mail attachment. We can only do FTP from a website

Did you ever find the software? I am in the same situation and would like to know where to download it as well. If anyone can let me know where to get Encore Pro 2.2, please send me an e-mail...I would greatly appreciate it.

Cpap.com now has Encore Viewer 2.0 software available for use with the PR SYstem One machines (Pro and Auto).

It is $99. You can buy the software with a card reader for a little more but, if you have a card reader for the SD card on your computer or printer,as in my case, it works fine.

I just got my software today and got my data and have been learning about the difference between it and Encore Viewer 1.0, which I had with my M Series Auto.

Apparently the Encore Viewer 2.0 will also work with the Smart Card from the older data capable Repironics data capable cpap machines.

Thank you, I had found that online, but as I understand it, it will not work with Windows 7 64 bit. I was thinking that the Encore Pro would, but I could be wrong.

Pro does not work with 64 bit either.

My computer operating system is Windows Home Premium 32 bit. it works fine with the 32 bit but I have heard there are problems with the 64 bit version.

If somebody has info about how to find encore pro I would appreciate a PM. TIA. I'm using Viewer but perhaps Pro has more details. I have windows XP professional.
