chin strap. who knew? & papcap questions

Post by xiola » Wed Apr 28, 2010 11:19 am

so im on month... 6? 7? something like that

going very very well. i use it every night.

I have resisted using a chin strap, i didn't want the hassle. I could sleep with my mouth closed. no big deal.

I switched masks, from the swift LT to the swift FX. I'm having some problems with the FX but confident i can work through them... but I found that it's harder to keep my mouth closed (which is really weird) and I found that I'm pushing my bottom teeth against the back of my top teeth even more so than before.

so last night.. i gave in. I had a papcap cause I bought one a while ago, but never used it because it didn't work with my long hair.

WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE IT MADE. I thought I would hate it, i was convinced I would hate it, but... i slept the whole night without having to clench my teeth shut.

So.. some questions

I have cut my hair, so using the papcap is a viable option, but i woke up with the thing almost halfway over my eyes. is it supposed to move like that? I threw away the instructions that came with it, and will review the site again to see, but though I'd check with you guys too. My hair is about shoulder length now, and I hope that won't be a continued problem.

how tight is it supposed to be? I had lines under my chin when i woke up /sigh

My PapCap slides over the front too unless I slip my pony tail through the opening in the back over the velcro adjustment straps.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
