Lights on ResMed S9

Post by lusoman » Thu Apr 15, 2010 3:30 pm

Love the new flow generator, apart from the fact that it lights up like a RemStar when I turn it off when I go for a nighttime pee.

Anyone figured out whether these can be switched off or not?

Thx.

Lights stay on the LCD when you shut down Flow - 30 seconds... just enough to make my way past the sleeping dog and my way back... perfect for me.

If you make adjustments... lights up LCD for about 7 - 10 seconds then dark.

The only time I don't want lights on... is when I'm getting to sleep and takes me more than 30 sec.

Thanks Nord, I don't mind the lights personally, but my wife is not so keen.

Back to the old sock on the unit, just like Respironics

Including the power adaptor and excluding the humidifier, is it smaller than S8?

Thank you
Andreas

If you want to see a photo comparison of the S9 and S8 side by side.
