Today's the day...

This afternoon I will be testing out the HC 431, HC 432, and the Forma.

I've had fairly good success with the Fisher & Paykey "Forma." It is shaped on the bottom so that it catches your chin and helps to keep one's mouth closed. The flaw with it, in my opinion, is that the piece which touches your forehead is not adjustable like the ResMed FF is. I ended up adding some padding on the forehead piece and it improved the fit for me significantly.

Good luck with getting the mask that works for you.

Well... none of the three I was looking at worked out. They all leaked horribly on all sizes. I guess I just don't have the right facial shape for them...

Anyhoo, looks like I'm going to give pillows another go. Specifically, the Swift FX. I have a loaner unit to try for the week, and we'll see how things go. Of course, I'll have to address my gaping maw again while asleep...
