question about VSI

question about VSI

Does anyone know what it means when your VSI is always in the 400-600 range? My pressure is 8, my AHI varies from .5 to 5, and I have some leaks, but not huge. The VSI is that high whether I wear the AIOMED Headrest, Activa LT, ComfortGel, or any other mask. I've read some posts here that quoted really low numbers...yet my VSI is off the charts both according to my EncorePro software readout at home, or in the doctors office. Has anyone encountered this?
