I am so happy to be a hosehead!

Post by janeysmom » Fri Mar 26, 2010 7:18 am

Just want to say that I am glad to be a hosehead! I've been on it for about two months now and been almost 100% compliant. A couple times in the last week, I either unknowingly removed my mask or fell asleep on the couch. Then the next day I felt so crappy and sleepy. On the days I slept all night with the hose, I feel good all day and not sleepy. For those who are struggling, keep going at it. Try different masks. Because once you find the right mask and get used to wearing it, it amazingly improves the quality of your life. It feels so good to finally be awake through out the day!

Thats great that you are feeling good already, for some it can take longer.

So many people notice that over time as they pay off their sleep debt that they will feel noticeably better.
