Getting a New Sleep Study

Post by Judy R » Tue Mar 16, 2010 5:42 pm

I know I haven't been around much lately, but it's been for a good reason. I finally have a new GP/DO, and I've been having a lot of appointments with him, to get me on the right track where my health is concerned. I told him that I've not had any real improvements with my therapy for three years. I also told him I was never titrated when I had my first study done, he couldn't believe it. So... he's got me set up with a Pulm. and I'm having a new study done this Sunday night. I'm really excited about this, maybe now I can finally get some answers and some numbers. And maybe we can figure out what's going on with me. I'm also being set up to see an ENC, to get help with my Diabetes. I really love this new GP, he's really going the extra mile for me, and that's a first. I've never had a Dr. go the extra mile, or for that matter really listen to my concerns about my health before. I'll let you know on Monday how it went, and what will be done. I'm really excited about this, it's been long over due.

Thanks everyone for the heartfelt encourgement. If it weren't for all of you helping me, teaching me, I would of never had the courage to go out and find the right Dr. and I wouldn't have gotten the new study. So, from the bottom of my heart Thank You All. Your the best!
