Incorrect date on Encore reports

Sorry if this has already been addressed somewhere, but I searched high and low in this forum and found nothing.

I have a Remstar Auto and the Encore Pro software and reader. Technically, everything works fine, but the dates on the Encore reports are almost a month behind... (It thinks October 14th was September 21!)

I could not find anywhere in the Encore software to fix the date problem. I also can not find anything in the therapy setup menu on the machine. Its more of an annoyance than anything, but I don't feel like doing math every time I want to go back to a report and see whats what.

Anyone have this experience and/or know how to fix it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the date and time are correct in your computer and if they are, then you'll have to contact the place you bought it from and it will have to be sent in to Respironics to be fixed. I've been told that the machine records time at GMT and then adjusts according to whatever time zone you're in from the date and time information in your computer.
Mine is losing time.....about a minute or so per month. It was about 7 min. slow when I got it in May and now it's about 15 min. slow. At some point I'll have/want to send it in.
